The salted maple cold foam latte
A double shot over cold milk, finished with a thick cap of salted maple foam that sinks in slowly as you drink. Our most ordered cup since the very first weekend.

Four ways in

Matcha
Ceremonial matcha, whisked to order
Shade-grown, first-harvest matcha from a family farm in Uji. We whisk every cup by hand until it is silky, then pour it over cold milk or serve it straight.
How we build a cup
Best enjoyed within ten minutes
Ice
Clear, slow-frozen ice so the drink stays bright and never watery.
Shot or whisk
A double shot pulled to order, or matcha whisked by hand until silky.
Milk
Whole, oat or house almond, poured cold so the layers stay clean.
Cold foam
A thick cap spooned on last, so every sip starts soft and ends strong.

“Best matcha I have had outside Kyoto. You can tell they whisk it to order: no clumps, no bitterness, just bright and creamy.”

“The kind of café where the light does half the work. Great coffee, kind people, and the window seats are worth the early start.”
