About the drink
The cup
Short, syrupy ristretto shots topped with lightly sweetened vanilla bean cream. Drink it without a straw so you get coffee and cream together.
How we make it
The cream is whipped to order with scraped vanilla pods, then finished with a dusting of cacao from a small maker in Oaxaca.
